Join Coach Heather for a very special edition of LIFT CIRCUIT in support of the Crohns Colitis Collective goal to raise 50k to raise awareness, funds, and connect Calgarians together so they can learn more about Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and help fund a cure.

ABOUT THE CLASS:

We’re pulling out every tool in the studio to bring you the biggest, strongest LIFT Circuit yet! Expect a full-body, low-impact, strength-based workout that incorporates an ever-changing mix of battle ropes, landmine, squat racks, barbells, Ski-Ergs, TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands to keep your body guessing and your head in the game!

Since this class uses more specialized equipment and the opportunity to increase the load, we recommend participants are familiar with foundational strength training movements (Ex: squat, hinge, and chest press mechanics) and/or have taken a minimum of 5 CRUSH or LIFT classes (not circuit) to ensure familiarity with common exercises.
