The CrushCamp 6 Week Shake-up was designed to provide you with maximum accountability, support, and guidance to crush your fitness goals. By combining nutrition counselling, high-intensity interval classes, quantifiable metrics, habit tracking, and expert personal training, you will have all of the building blocks required to make real, sustainable change. But this is no "one-size-fits-all" approach - we will work with you, one-on-one, to customize a plan that is specifically targeted to your goals and needs - whether that is to feel strong and confident in your wedding dress, have the energy to chase your kids, scale Ha Ling Peak, or crush your first IRONMAN.

Warning: this is not going to be easy.

We are going to ask a lot of you. We need your full commitment for 6 weeks - to work with your Coach, to keep your appointments, and to make it to class. You need to be honest in your initial assessment about what you are willing to put in, so we can be honest about what you can expect. But we can promise this: it WILL be worth it. And it's not going to get any easier.

Since joining CrushCamp, I've seen HUGE HUGE HUGE improvements - Blue Wolf Testing I went from only doing 14 pushups to 43 (WOW!) - I also increased in all other aspects but that was a HUGE win for me. BioScan was also a huge improvement I lost an additional 3 pounds (on top of the already lost 4 since starting CrushCamp). I lost almost 1% body fat and 3cm squared of Visceral Fat Area, also down 1.5 pounds of total fat mass. What if I already have classes via a membership, Intro Offer, or class package?

No worries! We will happily put your current pricing option on hold until June 30. Current Beta, Alpha, or Omega member? You will receive 10% off the 6-week Shake-up price!

Can I modify the program to remove or change something?

This program was designed to maximize results and accountability. While you can add on additional sessions (check out the A la carte section below), there is not an option to modify the 6-week Shake-up.

Can I sign up with a friend/spouse/bridal party?

We love working out with friends! If more than one of you sign up together, just let us know and you will each save 10%!

Can I complete my training sessions with a friend?

To ensure the effectiveness and personalization of the training, your 7 sessions will be one-on-one - just you and the Trainer. However, you have the option to add semi-private training or small group training to your package at a reduced rate - and we love hosting private party classes with your friends too!

Are there any pre-requisites for signing up for this program?

Since we are only Training one-on-one only once per week, your success in this program rests on your ability to attend at least 2-3 CrushCamp classes per week. While our classes are suitable for beginners, we recommend at least a baseline physical knowledge and awareness (ie the ability to do a proper squat, lunge, and push-up from knees or toes). If this is your first time ever working out, we are still happy to work with you, but the 6 Week Shake-up just may not be the right fit. Send us an email and we are happy to chat further.
