At only five feet tall, Allison may be short in stature, but she’s definitely not short on personality. Her pals would describe her as quirky, sassy, and highly food motivated, and when she isn’t crushing it out at Camp, you’ll likely find her spending time with friends and family, knitting, napping, or thinking about lunch.
This travel addict is always looking for the next adventure, and the stamp collection in her passport is one of the things she’s most proud of. “I’ve been really fortunate to see a lot of the world, and I love learning about other cultures.”
Alli's favourite way to Crush it? “Crush and Restore all the way! I’m generally too lazy to stretch after my workouts, so I love that this class has some rolling, stretching, and meditation built in.”
Currently Crushing: I spent the last two years teaching English in South Korea, so my focus lately has been reconnecting with my home city. I grew up a lot while I was overseas, and I’m trying to take everything I learned from that experience and apply it to my life now that I’m back in Calgary (also in search of the most authentic Korean BBQ in town…open to recommendations!).
And I quote: “Never confuse lack of effort for inability.” I love this quote from author J.D. Vance because it’s a reminder that we’re all capable of reaching our goals (even the ones that seem unattainable) if we work hard and really push ourselves to go after it.
