Perl Gill

This local Calgarian found a passion for fitness early in life in Basketball and hasn’t looked back. Finding drive in the competitive field only fuelled this passion. After leaving that world she needed to find a new passion. She used training and weight lifting as a way to release stress and make it through university where she studied to be a nurse. Her main hustle is working at the Alberta Children’s hospital in the Emergency Department, as well as a Surgical/Trauma Unit. Perl also has nursing licences in Denver and California and is excited to work in L.A. In her classes you can expect an awesome playlist and some serious motivation, her favourite genres being Rap/Hip-hop, R&B, Dancehall.

Why Crushcamp?

From the day I walked into those doors at CrushCamp, something felt different. The sense of community felt unreal and the clients and staff were extremely open and positive. After trying a few classes, I was hooked. I am a big fan of HIIT workouts and I’m all about practicing what you preach.
