WHAT TO EXPECT

 

FITNESS & BODY COMPOSITION TESTING

In order to move forward, we need to know where we stand. Our in-house body composition assessment and fitness test is approximately 60 minutes. A skin fold and girth measurement test will be performed as well as a standard fitness test to determine your baseline. During this session your Personal Trainer will address any injuries or imbalances.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM

After your testing session, your Personal Trainer will design your individualized program based on your goals, needs and injuries. Your Personal Trainer may recommend including classes to compliment your one on one sessions, or suggest an online program you can complete at home.

YOUR OWN PRIVATE SPACE

Our Personal Training room is separate and private from our group studio, and we only take one client (or pair of clients, if you signed up for Doubles Training) at a time. That means no awkward grunting or intimidating bodybuilder beside you - just you, your Trainer, and maybe your friend. Grunting optional.

OPTIONS FOR EVERY LIFESTYLE

Prefer to do weekly, bi-weekly, or every other week? Train with a friend, or in your home? Need a program you can do on your own, or on vacation? We've got you covered. Just send us an email if you have any questions.

Package of 8 sessions - $720 ($90 per session)

DOUBLES (SEMI-PRIVATE) TRAINING

Single 60-minute session - $60/person
Package of 8 sessions - $440 per person ($55 per session)

SMALL GROUP (3-4 PARTICIPANTS)
