With options including Singles, Doubles, and Small Group Training, as well as the ability to add on nutrition services or group classes, CrushCamp has everything you need to become your strongest self, all under one roof. The first step is always a one-on-one sit-down consultation with our Programming Director, so don’t worry if you aren’t sure exactly what you need just yet. We will educate you on the options available and work with you to create the package that best fits your goals, budget, and lifestyle.
WHAT TO EXPECT
YOUR PERSONAL CONSULTATION
Every Personal Training session or package begins with a one-on-one private consultation with our Programming Director, Rachel Hall. This is a chance for us to learn about your goals and background, and for you to learn about our programs and offerings, and ask any questions you may have. Rachel will work with your schedule and budget to pair you with the best Trainer and package for your needs.
After your testing session, your Personal Trainer will design your individualized program based on your goals, needs and injuries. Your Personal Trainer may recommend including classes to compliment your one on one sessions, or suggest an online program you can complete at home.
YOUR OWN PRIVATE BOUTIQUE SPACE
Our Personal Training room is separate and private from our group studio, and we only take one client (or pair of clients, if you signed up for Doubles Training) at a time. That means no awkward grunting or intimidating bodybuilder beside you - just you, your Trainer, and maybe your friend. Grunting optional.
OPTIONS FOR EVERY LIFESTYLE
Prefer to do weekly, bi-weekly, or every other week? Train with a friend, or in your home? Need a program you can do on your own, or on vacation? We've got you covered. Just send us an email if you have any questions.
ABILITY TO ADD DISCOUNTED GROUP CLASSES
All of our Trainers are also group instructors at CrushCamp, which means you can get more out of your training relationship and accelerate your results by showing up for a HIIT, Mobility, or Strength Lab class.
Fitness is only one component of your revolution. Our in-house Nutrition Expert can help you find the right balance in your diet to increase energy, decrease fat mass and achieve your goals.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Love the idea of Personal Training, but not in your budget right now? Small group training offers the perfect balance between the individualized attention of personal training, and the cost-effectiveness and social interaction of group fitness.
PURE STRENGTH: Chin-up Series
Whether you are a weight room regular or a first-time lifter, the Pure Strength series is the ideal program to help you progress. Each series will have a specific focus and use the concept of progressive overload to develop a benchmark movement (ie. Barbell Squat, Deadlift, or Pull-up) and measure your progress over 4 weeks. With small groups of 5 or fewer, you will receive individualized programming, feedback, and attention to accelerate your strength gains in a safe, fun, and highly-effective environment.
Skill Level: Intermediate to advanced fitness level (no lifting experience required)
Day + Time: Mondays 4:30-5:30pm May 6-27
Maximum Capacity: 5 people
