Do you have your eye on an upcoming half marathon? Do you struggle with sticking to your training plan? Do you want to improve your technique and performance, and learn to avoid injury and reduce pain?
Running 21.1KM is no small feat. Whether it is your first or tenth race, every runner has a goal to improve time, or prevent injury, or feel stronger during the race. Most runners are comfortable with the idea or practice of gradually increasing mileage over the course of a training program, but there is more to performance than just running. Cross training, intervals, mobility, nutrition, and mindset all play an important role in your race day performance.
The 6-week CrushCamp Race Training Series is the first cross-training program dedicated to runners. Each 75-minute session will include a 60-minute interval workout designed specifically to strengthen the muscles needed for running, followed by 15 minutes of rolling, mobility, and stretches, customized to the needs of the group.
WHAT YOU WILL GET:
Custom 1/2 Marathon training plan, including group runs and at-home workouts
Six weeks of individualized training and accountability with community experts
Two optional group runs per week
Six 60-minute group cross-training classes designed specifically for runners
Weekly mobility sessions with take-home exercises
Mobility release ball
Physio loop band
Online team support and training group
Option to add discounted CrushCamp group classes and/or Personal Training

RACHEL HALL - RACE SERIES COACH, CRUSHCAMP HEAD OF TRAINING
Wrapped up in that small but mighty package is a powerhouse both in strength and smarts. This former UofC Varsity wrestler lives and breathes health and wellness, and is coming to us from 10+ years of personal training and group fitness coaching. Rachel also doubles as our Training Lead bringing such depth in knowledge to the table. Known for sneakily (but safely) getting you to that next level, Rachel is all about concrete technique while cracking the odd joke or five. Count on walking out with a couple of personal bests and all of the high fives.

As both a CrushCamp Coach and a chiropractor with evolve Chiropractic & Wellness, Kayti hustles on the daily to help her patients move better and thrive with active lifestyles. With a background in powerlifting, fitness modelling, CrossFit, and running, she brings a wide range of stories and experiences to her mobility practice and is an absolute wealth of knowledge around all things movement!
