RACE TRAINING SERIES
Sundays 1:15 - 2:30 pm | April 15 - May 20, 2018
Do you have your eye on an upcoming half marathon? Do you struggle with sticking to your training plan? Do you want to improve your technique and performance, and learn to avoid injury and reduce pain?
Running 21.1KM is no small feat. Whether it is your first or tenth race, every runner has a goal to improve time, or prevent injury, or feel stronger during the race. Most runners are comfortable with the idea or practice of gradually increasing mileage over the course of a training program, but there is more to performance than just running. Cross training, intervals, mobility, nutrition, and mindset all play an important role in your race day performance.
The 6-week CrushCamp Race Training Series is the first cross-training program dedicated to runners. Each 75-minute session will include a 60-minute interval workout designed specifically to strengthen the muscles needed for running, followed by 15 minutes of rolling, mobility, and stretches, customized to the needs of the group.
WHAT YOU WILL GET:
Custom 1/2 Marathon training plan, including group runs and at-home workouts
Six weeks of individualized training and accountability with community experts
Two optional group runs per week
Six 60-minute group cross-training classes designed specifically for runners
Weekly mobility sessions with take-home exercises
TravelRoller® release ball
Online team support and training group
Option to add discounted CrushCamp group classes and/or Personal Training
TOTAL COST: $150 + GST ($125 for members)
Sign up is now closed. Interested in a future Race Training Series? Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the waitlist.
These mobility, nutrition, and training resources have been created specifically for the Race Training program, to give you the guidance you need to crush your goals, both in and out of the studio.
