1:15pm - Pre + Postnatal friendly fitness class begins
2:00pm - Class Ends. Time to connect with fellow parents, pre/postnatal support vendors, enjoy snacks etc…
3:00 pm - Wrap Up

NOTE - You are free to bring up to one support person (partner, parent, friend) to share your lane with you with your reservation. Due to space restrictions, we can only accommodate one baby per lane (*unless you have twins or triplets of the same age)

POSTNATAL FITNESS AT CRUSHCAMP

Our mom + baby fitness are specifically designed for new moms to help you rebuild strength, community, and a sense of self in the year following the arrival of your child. You can expect to sweat, laugh, and meet new friends who are going through the same experiences you are, all with your baby safely by your side. Babies from age 6 weeks (or upon medical clearance) to 12 months are welcome in all Mom + Baby classes.

STRONG AS A MOTHA’

This baby-friendly, postnatal strength + cardio interval class is specifically designed for new moms to help you rebuild strength, community, and a sense of self in the year following the arrival of your child. Your certified post-natal Coach will guide you through a custom-designed workout using the SKILLMILL, bands, weights, fit decks, with your baby comfortably and safely by your side.
