SHIPPING (WITHIN CANADA)
We currently offer domestic shipping via Canada Post Expedited Parcels for a flat rate of $15.
Shipped orders will be dispatched once per week on Wednesdays.
Orders placed after 4pm will go out the following week.
All orders with shipping selected will include a tracking number from Canada Post.
Once your order has left our facility and been turned over to Canada Post we do not have any control over the shipping speed. Questions? Please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Please ensure the address provided at check out is accurate. We will not be held responsible for any orders undelivered due to incorrect addressing. Any orders returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded less shipping fees.
Contactless pick-up
(EV ONly)
Contactless pickup is available from our East Village Studio Monday, Wednesday + Friday from 10am - 1pm.
We will send you an email with instructions once your order is ready to be picked up.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
For hygienic reasons and to protect our staff and customers, we will not be processing any returns or exchanges during the COVID-19 outbreak. Concerned about sizing? Send us an email and we will do our best to assist you. Please check out the additional details section for assistance with sizing.
We will not accept order cancellations at this time.
