Join Coaches Christina Ollivier and Jay Luu for a 10 week HYROX training camp designed to get you stronger, faster, and grittier than ever before.

Whether or not you have a race booked or simply want to challenge your body in new ways, you will emerge from this 10 week training camp physically and mentally stronger, prepared to tackle all 9 HYROX Stations, and build the speed and power in your runs you need to CRUSH out your competition. 

Each 10 Week HYROX enrollment includes your choice of:

  • 1 x Weekly HYROX Training session (Capped at 12 Participants)

    • 60 Min - Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm with Coach Jay

    • 60 Min - Thursdays 6:00-7:00 am with Coach Christina >> ONLY 7 SPOTS LEFT!

    • Saturdays 11:15 am - 12:45 pm with Coach Christina >> ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT!

  • 10 Week HYROX training programme (including strength and running workouts outside of your 2x weekly classes)

Want to go all in? Bundle your choice of 1 x weekday session (Wed pm or Thurs am) + Saturdays at 11:15 am for maximum performance and save 10% on your registrations. Note: Bundles must be processed manually, please complete the form below and indicate your preferred 60 Min Session Date (Ex: Wed at 5:30pm)

what to expect

60 Minute Sessions: ENGINE + STRENGTH ENDURANCE
• This class is generally ~45 minutes of hard working time.
• The focus is:

  • Building your aerobic engine.

  • Developing strength under fatigue.

  • Improving muscular endurance and efficiency.

  • Because the workout is shorter, the expectation is that you’re pushing the pace the entire time.

  • Think: higher intensity, fewer breaks, sustained effort.

  • These classes do not include the skillmill, but do include the opportunity to lift extra heavy.

This is where you train your ability to work hard without falling apart.

90 Minute Sessions: RACE SIMULATION

  • This class is intentionally longer.

  • The volume and structure are designed to mimic the demands of an actual HYROX race.

  • Because of the length, you should not approach it the same way as the 60-minute class.

  • This is where pacing, fueling, transitions, and mental stamina matter.

  • These classes include the skillmill.

This is where you practice how to survive and perform over time

CHRISTINA OLLIVIER

As the driving force behind CrushCamp’s HYROX programming, Christina combines over a decade of elite coaching experience with a deep understanding of hybrid performance. She’s a NASM-certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Sport & Exercise Nutrition Specialist, and HYROX Certified Coach, and has led CrushCamp’s programming for 7 years; creating challenging, intelligent training that prepares athletes to perform with confidence on race day.

JAY LUU

Certified Personal trainer WITH A SPECIALIZATION IN MOBILITY. Jay IS ALSO a certified Fascial stretch therapist, and HOLDS additional CERTIFICATIONS IN: MOBILITY, TRIGGER POINT THERAPY, FRC, AND KINSTRETCH. He is your go to coach to help you master your movements, maximizE your Range of motion, and ensure your recovery is on pointe so you can peform at a high level and avoid injury. With over a decade of coaching experience, jay has guided clients to new heights with: marathon races, powerlifting meets, and high school sports (basketball, volleyball, and hockey)

Leizanne is a certified HYROX coach and all-around powerhouse on the CrushCamp floor. With over a decade of coaching experience in both personal training and group fitness, she comes with a no-nonsense, practical approach to training. She’s known for her high energy, sharp coaching eye, and ability to push athletes to werk. SHE KNOWS WHAT IT TAKES TO PERFORM IN THE GYM AND IN THE CORPORATE WORLD.
