Join Coaches Christina, Leizanne, and Jay for an 8 week HYROX training camp designed to get you stronger, faster, and grittier than ever before.

Whether or not you have a race booked or simply want to challenge your body in new ways, you will emerge from this 8 week training camp physically and mentally stronger, prepared to tackle all 8 HYROX Stations, and build the speed and power in your runs you need to CRUSH out your competition. 

Each 8 Week HYROX enrollment includes:

  • 2x Weekly HYROX Workouts (Capped at 12 Participants)

    • Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm alternating with Coach Leizanne or Coach Jay

    • Saturdays 11:15 am - 12:45pm with Coach Christina

  • 8 Week HYROX training programme (including strength and running workouts outside of your 2x weekly classes)

Key Dates:

  • Registration Opens: Tuesday December 2nd, 2025

  • Training Camp Runs: Wed Jan 7th - Sat Feb 28th

    • 60 Min Wednesdays : 5:30pm - 6:30pm alternating between Coach Leizanne + Coach Jay.

    • 90 Min Saturdays: 11:15 am - 12:45pm with Coach Christina.
