Classes can be booked 7 days in advance, beginning at midnight.
You have up to 12 hours prior to the start of class to cancel your reservation. No phone cancellations will be accepted. The only way to cancel your reservation is online. Once a spot is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the class will be returned to your profile to be used at a future date.
When you no-show or cancel close to class, you are preventing others from attending. If you are on an Intro Offer and fail to show up for a class or cancel within 12 hours of the start time, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $15 + GST. This fee must be settled before you can attend another class. If you are on a limited class pack, a class will be deducted from your account.
Beta, Alpha, and Omega members receive two courtesy late cancels per month. To utilize your courtesy late cancel, you must call or email the studio at least 1 hour before the class. Unexplained no-shows or late cancels will be penalized as above.
If you have not signed in 5 minutes before class starts, your spot may be given to someone on the wait list and you will forfeit your spot. As it is disruptive to have people entering and leaving the studio during the class, and unsafe to you as the participant, late arrivals and early departures will not be permitted.
To keep our studio and equipment pristine, only clean, indoor running shoes will be permitted in class.
Lockers are available at the studio, however you must bring your own lock. No contents or locks are permitted to remain overnight; we reserve the right to remove any locks left overnight.
LOST & FOUND
Any articles left over one month will be donated to charity.
No clients under the age of 16 are permitted at the studio, or in the waiting area while their caregiver is attending a class. Clients aged 16-17 will require a consent form signed by a parent or guardian prior to attending classes.
Cell phones should be left in the locker and not brought into class. If there is an emergency, please let the Front Desk team know
It is very important to us that everyone feels welcome and comfortable at CrushCamp. Please observe the following:
- Please use your towel and cleaner provided to clean up after yourselF
- Please treat everyone with respect. There is a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abuse toward team members and fellow clients
- Assholes are not permitted at CrushCamp. If you don't understand this policy, you may not belong here.
CASH FREE STUDIO
CrushCamp is a cash-free studio. We will gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, or Debit Cards as payment for services or products.
All memberships, class packages, and retail sales are non-transferable and non-refundable.
PRICING & MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We reserve the right to change pricing and availability of pricing options at any time, for any reason. If an Autopay contract is affected, you will be provided with advance notice and the option to leave the contract without impact, at no penalty.
As a personal training client of CrushCamp, you have up to 24 hours prior to your session starting to cancel. To cancel your appointment, you must notify your personal trainer directly and e-mail email@example.com in order to re-schedule your missed session. Any cancellations inside the 24 hours of your personal training session will result in a charge of 50% of the session cost.

Personally Identifiable Information
Crush Camp Inc collects personally identifiable information from you only with your knowledge and consent.
Crush Camp Inc uses the services of one leading Software company, MindBody Online (www.mindbodyonline.com) for web scheduling, registration, order processing and online payments. Please visit their website to acquire information about the company and their Privacy Policies.
When you make a purchase through MindBody Online, they ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card.
MindBody also requires you to create an account by providing your email address and designating a unique access password for future access to your account information. Creating this account allows MindBody to save your billing information so you won’t have to fill out that information again the next time you make a purchase on their site. For your privacy and security, credit card numbers are not stored in the MindBody system.
The email address may be used to contact you directly regarding a schedule change or to provide you with a receipt of purchase.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We collect non-personally identifiable information from you in order for us to better understand how our website is used. Information about a user's visit is logged, however your IP address is never referenced to personally identifiable information. Usage statistics are gathered in a non-intrusive manner. The log files are private documents and are primarily used by the server administrator for error notification, server administration and to monitor website performance. Occasionally, portions of the log files may be viewed by others for the purpose of server administration, security or when required by law.
Is information shared with third parties?
We do not rent, sell or exchange your name or other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for any purposes. Under no circumstances will your personal information be disclosed to any third party unless we seek your express consent or are required to do so by law.

Our CrushCamp Email List contains studio news, schedule changes and upcoming events. We are supporters of the new Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and take your privacy very seriously.
