Power through a plateau in your workout routine with customized small group personal training. Small group training offers the perfect balance between the individualized attention of personal training, and the cost-effectiveness and social interaction of group fitness. 

This 4-week program is weight-based to bring you a new style of strength training and full body conditioning. Under the watchful eye of a Certified Personal Trainer, you will use a variety of equipment including TRX, barbells, squat rack, dumbbells, bands, and cardiovascular equipment to safely and effectively develop your strength and challenge your body.

With a background in fitness competitions, rugby, track, and CrossFit, plus a current career as a City of Calgary firefighter, Coach Michelle Greaves knows what it takes to balance healthy aesthetics with functional strength. Her 4-week program will shock your system with a combination of mindful full-body tempo work to build strength and intense anaerobic conditioning to shed the fat and make those new muscles pop. Due to the intensity of the program, this series is most suitable to those who have at least baseline movement mechanics down and are ready to take their training to the next level. Questions?
