“I am just so proud of the fact that I’ve stuck to this nutrition challenge so far. This is the first time in my entire life that I’ve felt like I don’t want to binge on treats the entire time and quit after 3 days of my ‘diet’. I’m feeling great about myself and seeing changes in my body. This is the first time nutrition has made me feel empowered!”
WHAT TO EXPECT
Coaches who care
At CrushCamp we believe that the best way to get results for our clients is by getting to know each person as they are, where they are and what will help make them successful. This is why the first step is to get to know each other via a 30-minute Complimentary Zoom Consultation, to determine if the CLEAN-19 is the right fit for you.
Individualized nutrition PLAN
Using science-backed equations we take into consideration everything from activity level, to body type to goal weight to calculate the perfect ratio of macros for you and your body. No cookie cutter program, off-limits foods, or one-size-fits-all plan - our approach is about providing a guide to suit you, your lifestyle and your goals.
a Supportive community
You attend group fitness classes for motivation and accountability, so why shouldn’t nutrition be the same? You will share this journey with 39 other challengers in your corner, connected via a private Facebook group and weekly group coaching sessions. Client Success Stories
AMANDA H - FALL 2020 CLEAN-19 FINISHER
I found the Clean-19 Challenge was very relatable and adaptable to my own lifestyle. It was structured, but also relaxed to allow you to live your life. The timing of the always better week was perfect. I got to my goal weight (down 12 lbs), and now I have strategies for continuing to strive for being always better over perfect.
ASHLEIGH L - FALL 2020 CLEAN-19 FINISHER
I really appreciated the progress I felt through the learning pieces. I actually felt that what I was doing was making a difference in how I felt. It was also nice to feel progress in a different way when solely fitness isn’t getting the extra results. Increasing my protein was my biggest accomplishment, and learning how to make easy swaps so I could still enjoy recipes that I love. I will continue with both of these.
SYDNEY D - Spring 2020 Clean-19 Finisher
The most important lessons I will take away from this is to listen to my body and continue to be curious about food. I exposed myself to new recipes, new vegetables, new carbs (lol) and it really changed the game for me in terms of how I feel about food and how I feel after consuming food. I find I am less bloated, having better digestion, and am sleeping better just by adding new things to my diet and making small substitutions.
Tanya - Spring 2020 Clean-19 Finisher
I’m proud that this challenge has shifted my mindset about food and eating. I’m moving forward with a more balanced and self-compassionate view of how I eat and fuel my body. Thank you Christina Ollivier and Rachel Hall for all of your support, coaching and guidance over the last 6 weeks!
Kira M - Spring 2020 Clean-19 Finisher
My biggest accomplishment was sticking to it! I have always found it really hard to stick to diets in the past, but the flexibility of counting macros allowed me to stick to my goals without feeling deprived at all.

Hi! I’m Jess. I run the Crushery Smoothie Bar at Crush Camp and you will probably have seen me in a variety of classes, especially those lunch workouts! I entered a career in nutrition and fitness as a way to take control of my own health. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) at 15, which came with a lifetime of canes, MRI’s, medications, and doctors appointments - that is, until I found my cure.
My journey to wellness started at Brock University, where I received a degree in Health Science. While at Brock I realized that nutrition was my real passion so after my first degree I transferred to The University of Western Ontario to get a degree in Nutrition & Dietetic sciences. It was here that I started to learn about the vast spectrum of nutritional methodologies, and that the “one-size-fits-all” approach touted by the Canada Food Guide and taught in most universities was not the best fit for most. Seeking alternative viewpoints, I applied to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and completed a 2-year Holistic Nutrition program, all the while experimenting with my own eating plans, and using my passion, education, and research to coach others, as well.
Last summer, I underwent a successful stem cell transplant, including 11 rounds of chemotherapy in 8 days. I was out of the hospital in under a week, and back in the gym in 3 weeks - all because of the strong “base” I had come in with.
I believe in wellness. I believe in the healing power of food. I spent the 8 years prior to my transplant preparing my body for battle, and when the time came, I won the war. My MS is now dormant, my MRIs show no inflammation, and for the first time in 13 years I am symptom free. Right now I am healthier than I ever remember being.
Whether you are battling an autoimmune disease like me or simply looking for a healthier lifestyle, a strong base is the key to success. After 10 years of education, more meal plans than I can count and experience with every “diet” under the sun, the most important thing I have learned is that there is no “one size fits all” solution. There is a way of eating that is right for each person and my goal is to help you find yours!

Nutrition. It’s what every fitness story comes down to. Always.
Speaking from personal experience and from a nutrition specialist perspective, you can workout everyday. You can workout twice a day. And sure, you’ll lose weight at the start. Because fitness is all about finding ways to challenge, stress, and overload the body. But I promise you there will come a point, where no matter how hard you workout, no matter how many high intensity, bootcamp, or strength classes you do, your body will adapt, and it will feel like you’ve hit a rock, or a plateau. Why? Because on top of constantly needing to prevent adaptation within the body, it needs the proper nutrients to perform, to grow, and to change.
What’s actually amazing to me, and what I’m experiencing more and more as a coach and nutrition specialist, is the amount of food (calories), that people are actually lacking in their diet. I think that society, and the media has brainwashed us all into thinking that not eating is the answer. So that’s what we do. But wherein the REAL answer… lies in EATING! Your muscles need protein in order to grow, and become lean. Your body needs carbohydrates for energy, for fuel and for recovery. Your cells need fat for growth, your organs need fat for protection, and your body needs fat for nutrients, muscle movement and hormone production.
This year, we’re doing Wolf Pact a little differently. And it’s scary. Why? Because we’re making it all about nutrition! It’s something we haven’t done on this type of scale before, but it’s time. It’s time to educate everyone on the importance of food, and why it’s going to help take your physical fitness to the next level. It’s going to amp up those gains in and outside of the studio, and it’s going to educate and teach you exactly why, how, when and what to eat. So get ready… because if you’re in… change is only 8 weeks away.

A Nutrition Challenge during a mass pandemic? Why?
We are entirely sensitive and aware to the unique challenges posed to our society right now, during the COVID-19 crisis. From job insecurity to increased anxiety and depression to decreased motivation, we understand and are experiencing many of the same challenges ourselves. With that said, we have also spoken to countless clients who are seeking to use this time to improve their nutrition and meal prep skills, and better their overall health.
Is this a weight loss challenge?
Yes and no. Many participants will find that by properly fueling their bodies with the right foods, they will lose weight. With that said, long-term sustainable challenge requires more than 8 weeks, and other factors including heightened stress and anxiety, fluctuating hormones, ability to commit to tracking and meal preparation, and decreased activity levels will mean that results vary for each individual. What we can promise is that you will come out of the challenge feeling more knowledgeable, more aware of what you need to eat and what your roadblocks are, and with the support of a community who understands what you are going through.

It’s super easy to create a free profile - we can help if you don’t know how!
What if I can't start January 11, or have vacation plans?
The entire purpose of this challenge is to create sustainable life habits and community that will support you through life - that includes all-inclusive vacations, wine-filled weekends, parties, illness, and work crunch times, homeschooling kids, interrupted schedules, AND global economic shutdowns. Your community and Coaches are here to help you and support you through it all.

You bet! While members get first access, the challenge is open to everyone.

All you need to be successful is a phone with the Loseit App downloaded (iPhone or Android), access to data or Wifi, and a willingness to succeed! While not required, we also recommend a digital food scale, access to printer or journal for weekly reflections, mini band, long band, and at least one set of medium dumbbells.
