Why Crush Flow?

You are a mover. You like to run, swim, hike, pick up weights, cycle, and push your limits to test your boundaries. But, have you noticed your body gets sticky, sore, and limited at certain times? We get it. Each and every one of our coaches is a lover of movement, of challenge and of sweat. We test everything before we offer to our members and are constantly seeking more, but the one thing we all love and never offered was yoga – a mindful movement to recover our bodies, and our minds. So here it is.

Crush Flow is our version of yoga. Glorious stretching and moving in a way that still creates sweat, strength and improves the athletic performance. You won’t find us talking about chakras, listening to flute music or asking you to fold your body in unnatural ways. However, you will notice us challenging your balance, stretching muscles you didn’t even know existed, and most definitely throwing some high-fives and bad dad jokes around. Adding one Crush Flow class into your weekly routine will not only improve your aches and pains, your mood and your mobility, it will also improve the following:
