Our signature CRUSH classes offer 50 minutes of full-body high intensity interval training designed to torch calories and build lean muscle mass, while getting you in and out in under an hour.

In addition to our CRUSH classes, you will have access to FLOW (our version of yoga for non-yogis) and STRENGTH LAB classes to keep your body strong, lean, and injury free for optimal performance – all under one roof and one membership

I have found that in other gyms/classes that there are always at least a few people that give you looks or are judging you for doing something wrong or not lifting a ‘heavy enough’ weight which is really demotivating. I'm definitely stronger than I've ever been! Despite a few injury setbacks from outside facts, I'm able to come back just as strong and keep crushing it! I'm consistently running faster and stronger, picking up heavier weights and noticing a HUGE shift in endurance. Doing the Wolf Pact challenges has actually led me to the biggest shift in my mindset. From the moment I walked through the door of Crush Camp, I have felt as though I belonged. Get your 30-day Intro Pass, sign up for your first class and receive your Challenge punch card in-studio
Try at least 1 of each of the following classes: Crush, Flow, Lab
Attend 3 or more additional classes of your choice (can be any combination)
Bring a friend for a class on us (because studies show you are far more likely to succeed if you are not alone)
Schedule a Goal Consultation to discuss your goals with a Coach
Complete your punch card to earn a prize!
