3 ways to ease yourself back into a fitness routine

Are you ready to get back into a movement routine, but a little nervous about taking the first step? It’s normal to feel anxious about trying out a new fitness class or studio, but here are 3 tips to ease yourself in:

  1. Start with a low-intensity class. At CrushCamp, we offer 4 different class types. If you are brand new to fitness, coming back after a hiatus, or just feeling a touch nervous, we recommend starting with LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training) or Flow + Restore. Both of these classes operate at a lower pace and intensity, and are ideal for anyone newer to fitness, coming back from an injury, or on the days you just don’t have the same energy! Check out all our class types here

  2. Come in for a tour. We are all about community, and would love to give you a tour during our open hours, show you the equipment, and get you set up with the perfect class for you. Schedule your private tour here

  3. Bring a friend! Everything is better with a friend - and that includes fitness classes! So rope in a friend, colleague, spouse, or kid - email us at sweat@crushcamp.com and we’ll even comp their first class.

The good news? Walking through the doors for the first time is the hardest part! Our goal at CrushCamp is that every single person - regardless of age, gender, fitness level, or background - leaves every single class knowing that they CRUSHED IT!

We can’t wait to meet you! Click here to book your next class.
