WHY sports performance at crushcamp?
CrushCamp offers two studio spaces with world class training equipment including the SKILLMILL which was designed for Olympians to train on prior to the Rio Olympics. These unique self propelled treadmills are designed to lessen the impact on the body and offer a variety of positions to challenge the body, push cardiovascular endurance, build power, and expand lactic thresholds which are critical for peak athletic performance.
With the use of the SKILLMILL, barbells, free weights, and other equipment, your coach will help your athlete build a well rounded foundation to put their best foot forward during tryouts and build the strength, power, endurance, discipline, and mindset they need to CRUSH their season.

Our sports performance camps are open to athletes aged 14 and up.
When can we book a session?
Sports performance sessions are available mornings, evenings, and weekends around our regular adult programming subject to coach availability.
