It’s Official: We’re Live in Momence
We’ve got something exciting to share… We’ve officially transitioned from Mindbody to Momence! As of Tuesday, May 5th, all class bookings will be made through Momence via the app or web.
This change has been thoughtfully planned with one goal in mind: to make your experience smoother, more connected, and more enjoyable—both in and out of the studio.

We loved what Mindbody helped us build—but as our community has grown, so have our needs. Momence gives us the tools to elevate your experience in the ways that matter most:

What You Need to Know
We’ve made this transition as simple as possible. Here’s what to expect:
1. You’ll need to reset your password and download the Momence app
Your account has been created in Momence, using your email from Mindbody. You’ll need to reset your password before you’re able to log in to the Momence app.
2. New app, same studio
Download the Momence app for iPhones or Androids, to manage everything on the go.
3. Your existing passes/memberships and bookings have been transferred
Don’t worry—we’ve got you! Everything you’ve purchased and booked has been moved over to Momence. Not seeing your passes? You might have a duplicate account which needs to be merged. Please email sweat@crushcamp.com and we’ll help you out.
4. Booking will now happen through Momence
Once you’re set up, all class bookings will be made on the new platform.

🏷️Updated class names
You’ll see some new class names on the schedule—same great workouts, just clearer descriptions to help everyone find their perfect fit.
📍 Spot selection - LIVE Tuesday, May 19th*
Starting for classes as of Tuesday, May 19th, when you sign up for HIIT, LIIT or LIFT, you’ll be able to reserve your favorite spot in the room ahead of time. Whether you love to start on the SkillMill or the Floor, the middle of the room energy, or your favorite corner, it’s yours.
*Note: We will continue to use in-studio spot selection for the first two weeks of our transition.
🏆 Track your milestones
Celebrate your consistency! Momence allows you to track your class count and hit milestones along the way—we’ll be cheering you on at every step.
👯♀️ Easy Buddy Pass booking for Members
Members with a buddy pass can now book their monthly buddy directly in the app—no extra steps or back-and-forth needed. Bring a friend and share the experience with ease.
FAQs
ACCOUNT
Do I need to use the same email as Mindbody?
Yes please! This needs to be the same for your classes and memberships to transfer over. However, once you’re logged in and all set to go, you’re able to update your email.
What if I have trouble logging in or setting up my account?
We’ve got your back. Reach out to us at sweat@crushcamp.com anytime and we’ll help you get sorted.
MEMBERSHIPS
Will I lose my classes or membership?
Nope! All active passes and memberships will be transferred over. Can’t see them? It’s likely an email address issue. Please email sweat@crushcamp.com with the email address you’ve used to register for Momence and we can merge your account.
Why do I have a weird amount of class credits? (Monthly members)
Since everyone is on a different billing cycle, you may have used part of your membership allocation while we were still on Mindbody, and part of your allocation after the cut-off date (May 5th), in this instance our migration team manually adjusted your first billing cycle to reflect the credits you had remaining to use in Momence before your next billing cycle. Once you hit your first renewal in Momence, you will see your full regular allocation reflected (Ex: 8/8, 12/12 etc…)
How will my monthly membership be charged?
We’ve officially finished securely transferring over your credit card information with our payment processor. Monthly renewals prior to May 15th were run via Mindbody, everything after May 15th has been charged via Momence. You can now view and update your payment info directly in Momence (web or app) as desired.
How do I use my monthly Buddy Pass?
When you go to sign up for a class, you’ll see a Guest Pass section and the option to “+Invite guests”. Select this option, then enter your buddy’s first name, last name and email address.
CLASSES
Can I still book classes the same way?
Yes—just through Momence instead of Mindbody.
How does Spot selection work?
Starting Tuesday, May 19th, when you go to sign up for a class, you’ll be prompted to select a spot for HIIT (excluding HIIT + RESTORE), LIIT and LIFT classes. A class map provides the layout of the room and spots available to select.
