GROUP CLASSES

Our HIIT, Strength, and Yoga classes offer all the cross training a runner needs to stay strong, fast, and injury free. Check out the current schedule here.


RUN, renew, connect!

We’re teaming up with YYCRunCrew to offer runners new and old the holistic resources you need to level up your runs and enjoy this sport injury free!

Join us on Saturday March 9th at 12:45 pm for a 4-5km run along the Bow River, followed by a 50 minute runners Yoga class, pop-ups from our community partners + sponsors, goodies and prizes for all attendees.

Investment $20 - $10 from each ticket will support Skipping Stone Foundation

Opened in December 2017 in Calgary by Emily Slaneff, CrushCamp offers both group high intensity interval training and personal training, in addition to run workshops, nutrition services, and special workshops. Our goal is to offer more: more results, more community, more accountability, and more growth. We like to say that “as lone wolves we are strong, but as a Wolfpack, we are unstoppable!”
